Patient Story: This is a young woman from the Waco, Texas area. She suffer nasal trauma as a child resulting in a severely crooked nose. She desired that her nose was straighter and she also wanted to reduce her dorsal hump (bridge bump) and refine the shape of her tip. She underwent a rhinoplasty by Adam Bryce Weinfeld, MD, located in Austin Texas, and has been very happy with her results.

Immediate follow up (one week) for rhinoplasty with rib graft for saddle nose deformity caused by Wegner’s Granulomatosis.
Wegner’s Granulomatosis is a inflammatory disorder of blood vessels and surrounding tissue. It often results in severe tissue damage leading to collapse of nasal structures.

Patient Story:
This patient is in her mid-sixties and is an artist. Her husband, a senior hospital system administrator in Austin, Texas, became of aware of Dr. Weinfeld’s interest in advanced facial rejuvenation. She desired neck contour improvement, reduction of jowls, and restoration or cheek position. In addition, she wanted to reduce upper eyelid excess skin. She underwent upper lid blepharoplasties and a facelift with necklift. She has been very satisfied with the natural yet profound transformation.
Rhinoplasty 16

About 7 months following rhinoplasty and chin augmentation with implant.
Notice how on the front view the chin implant provides more support for the lower lip and her mouth. Rhinoplasty surgery (nose job) is often combined with other procedures to improve overall facial balance. These additional procedures include chin augmentation (chin implant), chin reduction (genioplasty), eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), fat grafting, brow-lift, neck liposuction, and buccal fat reduction.

Patient Story:
This patient is Physician from Austin, Texas in his early sixties who was referred to Dr. Weinfeld due to his experience in fat grafting. The patient had experienced trauma to the left cheek with soft tissue loss from a car accident. A plan fat grafting to fill the tissue void was made. The patient underwent one round of fat grafting then elected to undergo a face and neck lift and upper lid blepharoplasty. The blepharoplasty technique had to be modified to accommodate for tissue changes due pre-existing scars from the crash. He has been very happy with his results.
